Born in Barcelona in 1972, Costa\u00a0is the author of the definitive book on the\u00a0bacalao\u00a0(a kind of techno-music) phenomenon,\u00a0\u00a1Bacalao!\u00a0Historia oral de la m\u00fasica de baile en Valencia, 1980-1995<\/strong>\u00a0(Bacalao! An Oral History of Dance Music in Valencia, 1980-1995) (Contra, 2016), which includes the views of Sim\u00f3, Dixkontrol and Albi, among many others. A journalist and DJ, he has been working with the pioneering electronic music magazine\u00a0Disco 2000<\/strong>\u00a0since 1994. Since 2009 he has been press chief for\u00a0Razzmatazz Clubs<\/strong>, for which he is also resident DJ in\u00a0Lolita<\/strong>. He has DJ\u2019ed at several\u00a0S\u00f3nar<\/strong>\u00a0festivals and\u00a0FIB<\/strong>, among others. As a journalist, is a regular columnist for publications including the\u00a0Cultura\/s<\/strong>\u00a0section of\u00a0La Vanguardia<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Rockdelux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n
