Collaborative performance by Santiago Sierra<\/strong>, Lolo & Sosaku<\/strong> and Roger Pibernat<\/strong>, three artistic practices that converge in a format of perceptual, visual and sonic stimulation, to explore new forms of experience and expanded states of consciousness.<\/p>\n Santiago Sierra<\/a> is one of Spain’s most incisive conceptual artists, recognized for provocative works that explore the sociopolitical structures of capitalism and make evident injustice and power abuses through the deliberately uncomfortable use of anonymous people. He represented Spain at the 50th Venice Biennale<\/strong> with an installation that barred public entry according to nationality and rejected the National Prize for Visual Arts<\/strong> to avoid state instrumentalization of his work.<\/p>\n Lolo & Sosaku<\/a> fuse sound, sculpture, installation and performance. Their sound artifacts combine modified musical instruments, industrial materials and motors that make them autonomous and unpredictable. Chance and the tension between chaos and control are central elements of their work, which questions what we understand by instrument, work and creator through abrupt movements, noise and irregular rhythms.<\/p>\n Roger Pibernat<\/a> is an illustrator, animator, musician and technological artist. He was a member of the Barcelona Laptop Orchestra at ESMUC and is co-founder of the collectives W\u00fa and Axolot. He has developed the live coding language \u017diva and has collaborated on TidalCycles with Superfm.
