«Big Babo», jazz and the musical roots of Mallorca
Big Babo is a quartet of young musicians from Mallorca who moved to Barcelona to complete their music studies. During their years of living together in the same apartment, they developed a process of collective creation that culminated in their first album, which they took to stages across the country.
They are currently presenting their second album, “Big Babo Vol.2” a work that arises from the physical distance between the members and explores reconnection through jazz and their musical roots.
