More than 200 concerts and international tours across Latin America have established Magnetism as a landmark project at the intersection of jazz and hip-hop within the Spanish-speaking world. Its first chapter produced a recording that has become a key reference for an entire generation of musicians, MCs and producers.
In 2024, following their final tour, Escandaloso Xpósito (mc, sax), Juan Pablo Balcázar (bass), Dani Comas (guitar), Juan Berbín (percussion) and Dani Domínguez (drums) open a new chapter, preserving the original spirit while carrying the magic of Magnetism into its next phase.
They are joined by the timeless rhymes of Vito & Mxrgxn, two of the most compelling voices in Barcelona’s current scene. The melodic and harmonic freedom of the early days resurfaces with strength, embracing improvisation and risk.
Jazz and rap have rarely felt so deeply connected. A project where instrumental excellence and urban culture meet naturally, led by musicians who also front their own bands and play a vital role in Spain’s contemporary music scene.
